    "Ronald R. Jensen, 86, of Blair, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.
    Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 2, at First Lutheran Church in Blair.
    Ronald R. Jensen was born August 25, 1922, in Blair to William C. and Lillie (Christensen) Jensen. He lived and farmed in Blair all his life.
    On October 5, 1947, he married Gloria Thompson at First Lutheran Church in Blair.
    Mr. Jensen worked for the Washington County Weed Department for 53 years and was Weed Superintendent for 36 years.
    He served in the United States Air Force for 4 1/2 years as an airplane mechanic.
    Mr. Jensen was a devoted husband and wonderful family man. He loved building things for his sons and spending time with his family. He enjoyed going to his sons' auctions.
    He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Gloria; sons and daughters-in-law, William and Donna Jensen; Tom and Peggy Jensen, John and Debbie Jensen, Paul and Shelly Jensen and Philip and Patty Jensen; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by a son, Jay Jensen and a sister, Darlene Jensen.

    "William Soren "Bill" Jensen, 65
    August 9, 1949 ~ December 20, 2014
    William “Bill” Jensen was born Aug. 9, 1949, to Ronald and Gloria (Thompson) Jensen in Omaha. Bill was the eldest of six brothers. Bill attended March Country School and later graduated from Blair High School with the class of 1967.
    After high school, William enlisted in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a military police officer. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army Reserve.
    William lived west of Blair and farmed ground for his grandfather, William C. Jensen, and nearby neighbors.
    In 1971, William married Donna Thomas of Duluth, Minn., at the United Lutheran Church in Laurel. Bill and Donna had four children: Tammie, Chris, Mike and Jimmy.
    William made his commitment to Jesus Christ in February 1971, and was baptized at the Blair Swimming Pool along with several members of the Country Bible Church. William loved Jesus Christ and loved to learn from the Bible. He often was up in the early morning hours before chores reading his devotions.
    William farmed west of Blair for more than 50 years, raising crops and keeping livestock. He worked for the Hunt Transportation Trucking Company of Omaha for many years hauling irrigation equipment across Nebraska. He also ran an ag lime spreading service and Jensen Trucking for more than 35 years. For the last 12 years, he served on the Fontanelle Township Board.
    William will be remembered as a hardworking man with great love for his family and Jesus Christ.
    William (Bill) Soren Jensen went home to be with the LORD at 11:27 pm Saturday December 20th, 2014 at the Memorial Community Hospital in Blair after a long battle with cancer.
    William is survived by his wife, Donna: daughter Tammie of Blair; sons: Chris (Amy) of Blair, Michael (Alisha) of Rineyville, Ky., and Jimmy (Amanda) of Spring Lake, N.C.; grandchildren: Jordyn, Trenton, Nathan, Alex and McKayla; brothers: Tom (Peggy), John (Debbie) and Phillip (Patty) Jensen of Blair; mother Gloria Jensen of Blair; sister-in-law Shelly Jensen of Blair; and mother-in-law Dorothy Thomas of Blair.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Ron Jensen; and brothers: Paul Jensen and Jay Jensen.
    Bill was a farmer who loved the land, his family, and especially his Lord Jesus Christ
    His friends around the coffee table at church will miss him.
    Visitation will begin at 3 pm Tuesday December 23, 2014 with family receiving friends from 6-8 pm at Campbell Aman Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 10 am Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Country Bible Church. There will be a brief graveside service at the Blair Cemetery, and then lunch will be served in the CBC Fellowship Hall.
    The family take much comfort in the fact that Bill was a strong believer but still desire your prayers in the days ahead.

    Paul M. Jensen was born Nov. 10, 1955, in Omaha, to Ronald and Gloria (Thompson) Jensen. He was one of six brothers raised on the family farm.

    He attended March school and later graduated from Blair High School.

    On March 20, 1993, he was united in marriage to Shelly Siggins in Blair. They were blessed with a son, Josh, and a daughter, Jennifer.

    He was employed with Huntel for 20 years and later with Brakken Trucking. He also worked as an auctioneer's assistant for Jensen Brothers Auctioneers for more than 20 years.

    Paul was a genuine and talented handyman. He could repair nearly anything to work like new. He enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles, jeeps and snowmobiles, and taking road trips with his friends. He especially enjoyed his annual trip to Yankton with his brothers, a trip they have been taking since 1986. There are countless memories and stories that will continue to be shared between Paul's family and friends for many years.

    Paul M. Jensen, brother to Bill and uncle to Chris and Tammie, passed away Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha Nebraska following a long battle with cancer.

    He is survived by his wife, Shelly of Blair; son Josh (Brooke) Jensen of Ashland, NE; daughter Jennifer Jensen of Blair; mother Gloria Jensen of Blair; brothers: Thomas (Peggy), William (Donna), John (Debbie), and Phillip (Patty), all of Blair, Nebraska; mother-in-law, Barbara Siggins of Omaha; sisters-in-law Vickey (Stan) Elsasser of Omaha, Betty Joe (Kelly) Peters of California, and Reggie (Ron) Brezina of Texas; brother-in-law William Siggins of Kansas City, Kansas, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

    Paul was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Jensen; brother Jay Jensen; and father-in-law Bill Siggins.

    Visitation will be Sunday December 14, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

    Service will be Monday December 15, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. at Country Bible Church. Pastor Glen Hudson will conduct the funeral, and offer words of comfort. Musical selections are: "Like A Rock", "Go Rest High On That Mountain", "God On The Mountain", "Drink A Beer".

    Casket bearers: Josh Jensen, John Jensen, Jay Jensen, Phillip Jensen, Steve Andreasen, Joel Swanson, Greg Anderson. Honorary Casketbearers: William Jensen, Thomas Jensen, Jeff Lauritsen, Todd Hansen, Roger Jurek, and many other friends and family.

    Lunch will follow the service in the CBC Fellowship Hall. Burial will be held at a later date in the Blair Cemetery.
