  KORSTAD Harris E. Korstad, beloved husband of Alice M. Korstad, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 9, 1994. Harris was bom on December 29, 1 904. Harris and Alice moved to Calgary in 1965 from Meeting Creek, where they had farmed since 1939, the year they were married. Harris is survived by his loving wife Alice; his daughter Joan and husband Harry Gogol; his sister Ruby Montgomery of Calgary; and his brothers. Howard Korstad of Harrison Mills, B.C., Ed Korstad of Carstairs, Bob Korstad of Calgary; his grandchildren, Wynn and Kari Gogol, Rob Walton and his wife Janet and great-grandson Coray; LaDawne Goodsman and husband Kevin and greatgrandchildren, Merika and Bryson as well as many friends. Harris was predeceased by his daughter Lorraine Walton in 1989, sisters, Daisy, Myrtle and Pearl; and brothers, Percy and Herbert. Funeral Services will be held at FOSTER'S Garden Chapel, 3220 - 4 Street N W. on Thursday. May 12. 1994 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Queen's Park Cemetery.
