Af dennes nekrolog fremgår nogen information om familien: "BLOK-ANDERSEN, DAMIEN JOHN, 18, of Valrico, died Friday (July 12, 1996), as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Sarnia, Ontario, he moved to Valrico in 1985. He was a student at Bloomingdale Senior High and a member of the debate team. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his father Kim, Valrico, and mother, Diana Blok-Andersen Wilcox, Sarnia; two brothers, Aaron Blok-Andersen and Cameron Blok-Andersen, both of Valrico; and his paternal grandparents, Ragner and Betty Ann Blok-Andersen, Sarnia. Stowers Funeral Homes, Brandon.
