- "Sandra Kaye Hitchcock Draper passed away July 13, 2012. She was born April 6, 1938 in Logan, Utah to Willard and Florence Jennie Hitchcock. She married Billie Keith Draper, January 30, 1960; later solemnized in the Logan Temple, February 15, 1974. She graduated from Box Elder Community High School, May 21, 1992.
Kaye was active in the LDS Church where she served as Relief Society President and Primary President in the Promontory Branch. She was a faithful visiting teacher, young women's advisor and teacher in Relief Society and Primary. She was also chorister for the Harvard Ward Relief Society and ward missionary. Kay worked in the name extraction program since 1981 and also in the home extraction genealogy program with the computer. Kay wrote the Promontory News for The Leader in Tremonton and the Box Elder News & Journal in Brigham. Kaye and Bill enjoyed square dancing. They belonged to the Quarter Promonaders and the Brigham City Square Dance clubs.
Survived by her brother, Michael Hitchcock of Logan, Utah; sister-in-law, Carolyn (Billie) Bolton; special niece, Justine Martinez and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billie; brother, Doyle Willard and sister, Sheila Taylor.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 18th, 2:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 So. Redwood Road, with a viewing one hour prior to services." (Salt Lake Tribune, July 15, 2012; Gengivet i Findagrave.com)
