  	"a 35-year-old Malad man died Saturday of injuries received when the car which he was riding rolled twice about four miles north of here, authorities said. An Idaho State Police spokesman said Franklin L. Mecham was killed after he was ejected from a jeep driven by David Arthur Engholm, also of Malad. Engholm apparently lost control of the vehicle about 1 a.m."

  "Franklin L. Mecham, 37, of Malad, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 1985, South of Deep Creek Interchange, Malad, of injuries sustained in a four-wheel vehicle accident. He was born March 7, 1950, in Roosevelt, a son of Floyd Lang and Shirley Ross Mecham. He married Janet Andersen. They were later divorced. He married Florence (Flossie) Vernete Bourne, Feb 4, in Elko, Nev. He had lived in Roosevelt, Arizona, Salt Lake City, and Treminton, before moving to Malad, Idaho, in 1980. He was employed at Morton Thiokol as a production control analyst. He was a graduate of Bear River High School. He was a member of the Malad 2nd LDS Ward, and participated in church softball. Surviving are his widow of Malad; Two sons and two daughters, Brady Mecham, Malad, Idaho; Cory Mecham, Amy Lynn Mecham, Carey Ann Mecham, all of Tremonton. Also surviving are one brother and three sisters, Jack Mecham, Hulbert, Mich; Mrs. Val (Carol Ann) Heusser, Bothwell; Mrs. Steven (Melanie) Boyer, Libby, Mont; Miss Tamie Mecham, Alta Loma, Calif. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12 noon at Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton ... Interment will be at the East Garland Cemetery."
