  "Beloved wife, loving mother, homemaker, wonderful grandmother and great grandmother, LaRue Roberts Fjeldsted, age 86, passed away October 27, 2004 surrounded by her family. Born November 14, 1917 in Gunnison, Utah, daughter of Howard and Grace V. Larsen Roberts. Married Boyd Fjeldsted March 20, 1940 in Manti, Utah, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She liked to read, enjoyed old movies and arts and crafts. Much of her time was spent enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved visiting friends and relations and will be missed. LaRue is survived by husband, Boyd; children: Alder R. (Darlene) Fjeldsted, Evergreen, CO; Rodger Howard (Michael) Fjeldsted, West Valley City, UT; Alvin Clark (Kris) Fjeldsted, Sandy, UT; Clair Kay (Sandy) Fjeldsted, West Valley City, UT; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Vera Bogh, San Bernardino, CA; Una Lowe, San Bernardino, CA; Brice Roberts, Guninson, UT. Preceded in death by son, Gary; daughter-in-law, Paula; brothers and sisters: Arda Ludvigson, Geneal Malmgren, Gerald Roberts and Grace Lambertson. Funeral services will be Monday, November 1, 2004 at the Westwood Heights 2nd Ward, 3975 West Dimrall Drive. Interment, Gunnison City Cemetery.
