He married Jean Hendrickson on October 6, 1943. He is survived by his son, Paul B. and Julie Fjeldsted of Centerfield; daughter, Dorothy and Kenley Keisel, of Gunnison; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Naomi Jensen, of Centerfield, Mary Hermansen, of Gunnison; Eula Larson, of Ogden; Dale Westphal, of Placerville, Calif.
