- "Maurianne Sadleir Bradford 1951 ~ 2005 Maurianne Sadleir Bradford was born July 14, 1951 in Boulder City, Nevada to Reese Earl Faucette and Bonnie Mae Myrup. She passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2005 from complications of ovarian cancer. Her parents divorced, and her mother married Earl Woods Sadleir. Maurie and sisters, Kathi, Mary and Sherry shared many happy memories with Bonnie and Earl through their family vacations and escapades. She had a wonderful childhood in the small rural town of Draper, Utah. During her attendance at Jordan High School she was a member of the Charlonians, the A Cappella Choir and was selected as the General Sterling Scholar. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Child Development and Family Relationships and participated in the BYU Spurs Service Club. Maurie married Michael Glen Bradford on November 17, 1972, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They had five children. They were later divorced. Maurie's talent with numbers led her to Jordan School District where she worked first in the Accounting Department and later in the Payroll Department as a Senior Payroll Clerk. While there she made many dear friends and acquaintances. Maurie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and loved the teachings of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed serving in the church, especially callings with music and children. A source of joy in Maurie's life was her love of music. She taught her children to value music and the arts and also found great satisfaction as a member of the Salt Lake Symphonic Choir. One of her greatest passions was family history. She loved to research family names and have the temple work done for these family members. She is survived by her children: Andrew Michael (Jean) Bradford, Kevin Earl (Heidi) Bradford, Peter Glen (Sharey) Bradford, Karen Anne (Krys) Oyler, and Wendy Gay Bradford. She has nine grandchildren. Also survived by ex-husband Mike, sisters Kathi G. Ellsworth, Mary Sadleir Applegate and Sherry Sadleir Salazar, and nephews and nieces.
