Survivors include his father Kim, Valrico, and mother, Diana Blok-Andersen Wilcox, Sarnia; two brothers, Aaron Blok-Andersen and Cameron Blok-Andersen, both of Valrico; and his paternal grandparents, Ragner and Betty Ann Blok-Andersen, Sarnia.
